Believe it or not, this was my first experience with any type of Mexican ruins! Emily and I visited these Mayan ruins in Tulum early enough in the morning that we weren’t crowded by tourists and it was likely the best decision we made all day!
Nothing brings me down quicker than a slew of poor weather, and we have been sitting at a cool -30 for weeks now. So what do I do to get myself out of a funk? Why plan a trip on the nearest flight out of here of course!
We had such an interesting visit in Chianti, mainly because of this place we stayed…yes we stayed on this estate! From the photos I realize it looks very grand and luxurious, but there was definitely more to it than that!
Should I begin by acknowledging the fact that I am still posting about Europe or just ignore it all together? Let’s go with the latter. Florence was one of our last stops on our Europe trip. Although we were only there for a day, I’m so glad we got to experience a truly one-of-a-kind place!
After coming highly recommended by Cody’s mom, San Gimignano was on the top of our list for places to visit while in Italy! And let me tell you, it did not disappoint…
